Impossible de télécharger Adobe

Bonjour, après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses de contact du service client Adobe, je suis toujours dans l'incapacité de télécharger la moindre application ! Mon mot de passe ne marche pas, j'ai beau le changer plusieurs fois, à chaque fois on m'interdit d'installer les applications, résultat je me retrouve à éditer sur le web seulement avec lightroom et photoshop, je n'ai même pas accès à premiere pro sur le web ! Aidez moi

Yes I subscribed to Adobe this wek and I cannot install any application, I enter the password and every time it's not good. I don't know what to do, and the customers service is everyday missing
