I have been working with Adobe for 2 weeks, via email and phone. They keep sending me different techsm, none of whom, are able solve the problem: since wiping my computer, where all my other programs still work, Adobe does not and I cannot re-install it. No Adobe tech has been able to help, they keep making me go through the same motions. How can I escalate this and get some actual service?

What is your Adobe case number?  If you don't know, log-in to your account portal at https://account.adobe.com/plans/

You say you wiped your computer?  Did you perform a clean re-installation of your operating system and program files?

Or did you try installing Creative cloud on another computer?

Does your computer meet current system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use?  Check each one.

these are user-to-user forums so you can often get help here, but if don't want that, the answer to your question is you must go through adobe support.  you can use chat*, in addition, to email/phone and chat allows adobe support to connect your computer (if you give permission).

*using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
