InDesign beachball issues linked to CC Library not responding?
I managed half a dozen iMacs running latest macOS and latest CC.
Recently (past week) every Mac has exhibited this problem:
InDesign suddenly beachballs for anywhere between 5 seconds to a minute.
Some users simply force quit the app, but I decided to look into activity monitor and noticed that as well as inDesign being labelled as 'not responding', the process 'CC Library' was also.
It would do this for a few seconds, going on and off and then after a minute or so would return to normal.
Anyone know what's going on here?
Is CC Library connected to the speed and/or availability of our internet connection maybe?
