Question

Installing Acrobat, is that even possible?

Why not let us just download the file like a normal program, instead of watching Creative Cloud fail to install it, over and over again? Why waste your customer’s time? Retry button… is it just a ceremonial gesture to keep clicking in hopes it will finally install?

Yes, there is Acrobat_Set-Up_7075.exe which merely only initiates the fruitless operation in Creative Cloud… what is the point of that process?

Has anyone ever managed to get this program to install? How did you do it?

No problems installing on my end.

Do you have admin level permissions to install software on your device?

If not, contact your IT dept for assistance.

Consult the Creative Cloud System Requirements to ensure your device is up to it.

Try temporarily disabling antivirus and other background process while you install.  See below for more details.
