Installing Creative Cloud

Every time I try to login to creative cloud it redirects me and says i need to sign back in. Ive tried downloading the creative cloud app from the web and the Microsoft store but the same thing always happens - I put in all the correct info and as I’m about to sign in i get an error message saying ive been signed out. Ive tried repairing the app, ive reinstalled it many times, ive tried different WIFI's ive looked into the local credentials for the app, ive looked into the process that occur in task manager when i try to sign in, ive checked services.MSc, ive even used adobes own creative cloud cleaner tool multiple times and none of it works.

After I couldn’t figure it out i called adobe support and they tried all the same things and after an hour they couldn’t figure it out either. They told me they’d “escalate the issue” and id have to wait AT MAXIMUM a day and its now been almost a week. Now when i try to call them again i am immediately disconnected from the call after i answer all the automated questions.

I cant use Photoshop, i cant use Lightroom, No one can figure out my problem and now I’m being ghosted. This is absolutely ridiculous.

using a different browser, download the cc desktop app by using the links at the both of this page, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/download-install-apps/creative-cloud-apps/download-creative-cloud-desktop-app-from-web.html

install the cc desktop app using an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

I tried downloading the CC desktop app from that alternative link, in an alternative browser, and since i already use an administrative account i decided not to add another (Like on solution 4). When i tried to sign in, the same thing happened if i had downloaded it from the web, instead of immediately signing me out, it opens a new tab → says im good to go → opens CC → and then opens another tab. After 3 loops it gives me this error message.

Adobe Support said that there’s nothing wrong with their servers.

I can’t offer any direct help, but this saved link MAY (or may not) help you

How to install when you have a subscription and a problem
You may NOT use the Opera browser... it is not compatible with Adobe
NOTE: the alternate download link in this link works better for some people
Install the cc desktop app using the download links at the bottom of this
    https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

If that works for you, you then use the Cloud manager to install your programs
