Installing the Yandex Metrica web analytics counter on the Adobe Portfolio website

I would like to install the Yandex Metrica web analytics counter on my Adobe Portfolio website - but now I cannot do this, because you cannot insert a script into Site Settings - Custom Meta Tags. Please help me install the Yandex Metrica counter on my website, because in Russia it is more convenient than Google Analytics.
