Internet data use stopping auto CC updates

Noticing massive GB internet data use from apps like Photoshop. I've told Creative Cloud to NOT auto update apps but it seems to anyway. 

I guess I have to delete all old versions of apps (hate too because things like actions and patterns disappear) but if all the old apps are auto updating it's costing me with data overages. 

But how to stop the auto updates?

Also, does generative fill use lots of internet data?
