Invitation to collab not working -- bell icon isn't showing any new notifications, can't sync

Hi, apologies for the multiple similar posts.  

 

I received an invitation to collaborate on a folder.  Clicking on the "Accept" takes me to the Express web portal but the bell icon doesn't any notifications to accept.  Tried inside the CC app, nothing as well.  Not sure what to do as I can't sync with this folder no matter what I try.  Did a reset of my computer, the app, tried multiple browsers.  The bell icon is not showing any new collab invites.

Found a workaround-- downloaded the Creative Cloud app on my phone and the notification appeared in the app. Once accepted it started syncing everywhere else.  Not optimal but it works.  Our team is going to stop Cloud sharing because of its inconsistent reliability.  Good luck!

Thanks so much! It worked but definitely not optimal. We are also going to move away from cloud, but it doesn't matter cause Adobe is discontinuing cloud for business in October 2024. Maybe it's cause of all the issues with it...
