check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if your account shows what you expect, then open your cc app on you ipad, sign out and then sign in (using the same adobe id used above). 

p.s. please don't attach images to adobe forums (that then require downloading to view). embed images using the "insert photo" icon at the top of the reply field (or copy and paste images into the body of your post).
