irritating CC popups

For two days now I get irritating popups every 5 minutes from CC with the text:

The fuse character $pay.load character is now in your $pay.load library.

I've emptied my whole CC library, but it still goes on.

What do I have to do to stop it?

Thanks for your information. Now I know it’s a bug in Photoshop CC 2017.

With CCleaner I’ve stopped Creative Cloud to open at startup until Adobe has fixed the problem.
