Is Creative Cloud Home version 1.3.107 the new homepage?

Hello everyone,
I have a question about Adobe Creative Cloud.
I noticed that the Creative Cloud Home page on both my desktop PC and my laptop has changed. The layout looks different from what I used to see, and it seems to have been updated recently.
The Home page version shown is 1.3.107.
Is this the new Creative Cloud Home interface that Adobe is rolling out to everyone, or could there be something wrong with my installation? I haven't even touched it
Both of my computers show the same new homepage, so I'm wondering if this is an official redesign.
