Is there an API to do license procurement programmatically on apps in Creative Cloud?

Question

I am a Tier-2 reseller of Creative Cloud and would like to know if I can purchase Adobe products programmatically via Adobe published license procurement/fulfillment & management APIs (if they have them).

Can I call an Adobe API to find out more about the product with pricing, click BUY, sign EUAL and pay for it all done within a program driven by our reseller portal?
