Is there any way to synchronize adobe setting between 2 PC ?

I'me currently working on the adobe suite 2021. I've a laptop and a home PC. I've recently tried to use Creative cloud on my home PC, which I wasn't doing until now, but looks like all my settings have been reset.

 

All the software I use have been factory reset.

So can we sync settings between computers in 2021 ?

 

Thanks for the help

PS: in the settings of my creative cloud, synchronization is activated so that's not it.

Well, every app, I'm working on Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effect & Premier Pro

None of them is keeping my setting from one computer to another
