ISO = International Standards Organization.  When used in context of digital cameras, ISO refers to your camera's light sensitivity.

Are you asking if Adobe's programs are ISO certified, or are you asking how to get yourself or a product ISO certified? The former I can't help you with. The latter Adobe can't help you with, but there are companies that can teach you how to be ISO qualified.
