Hi all,

I'm having issues with deleting my old account from behance. I wanted to delete my old account because the mail adress of the old account is inactive. but I can't login because I can't remember the pasword. and I can't change the pasword because my mail adress is inactive as I said before :s

Does anybody know how to get back into the old account. or how to contact adobe to delete the account? You would really help me out.

Cheers,

Ana

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Sorry, not supported here... You need to go here for Behance help https://help.behance.net/hc/en-us

    To contact support

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds
    .
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN
    .
This link will go directly to the chat option
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks
    or
    X (aka Twitter) tweet @AdobeCare
    .
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
