Issues with interpreting footage after update

Normally when slowing down 60fps I:

Interpret the 60fps to 24fps my next step would normally be to make proxies, but when I got to interpret the footage for the proxies in media encoder it is all greyed out. This has never been an issue before. Anyone else having this problem?

    When you post a question you always need to tell the Adobe program you are using
