Issues with page loading in web browers with adobe creative cloud

Hi, I am using the Adobe Creative Cloud. When I access it through the web browser (Mac Air book, Mozilla, Firefox), it can no load all pages, folders, and files in there. Error messages come up, like "could not load page" or "server error". Have also tested through collaboration with other people. Same issue. Whats the reason?
