Issues with personal sign on Adobe education exchange

I was have issues with resigning onto Adobe Education Exchange after deactivating my account although the email sent says I should be easily able to sign back in after deactivating, but whenever I try to sign it in it just sends me back and relaods the sight without signing me in I even disabled ad blocker and still had no luck. My SSO with google also doesn't work.
