Items affect all users

Hello Everyone,

 

As I am using the MacBook and installed my premium creative cloud, but when I permit to run background into setting > login item after the shower 

"Adobe Creative Cloud
6 items: 2 items affect all users"

so can anyone tell me what this is and how to resolve this issue? And is it dangerous for privacy?

I'm not clear what issue you feel there is. By "all users" it means that if there was ANOTHER PERSON logging in to the SAME Macbook with their own account, that this setting would apply to them too. If nobody else uses your Mac, this is not relevant.
