Keep documents made with Adobe

Hello everyone. I am wondering are used to do be to create my résumé and I have now found a job. I would like to keep the document but I no longer need the Adobe service. Is it possible to keep all of my documents made with Adobe even if I cancel the service? Thanks so much.
