Large .MP4 file not syning

The file _____ is too large and will not be uploaded.

This seems to be a recent issue as I have not had problems uploading large files (26GB)

Tried using desktop version but it tells me to use the desktop version. (What!!??)

Any help is apprecieated!

There is a file size limit of 20GB.

Question: If I manually copy the files to both of my synced machines will CC recognize them as synced? I've never tried that.
