Libraries not working

I'm on a Mac - Ventura. My Creative Cloud libraries won't load. Second day in a row. Yesterday I followed the instructions to fix and it worked - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html?mv=product&mv2=accc

Today, did it all again an not working. I can see my stuff online, but libraries aren't working in my apps (InDesign or Dreamweaver) and are not showing up in my CC app - in the Home screen of CC app it shows libraries under recent but I can't click on them and then the dreaded something went wrong message when I go to Files, Your libraries.

Même soucis chez moi et aussi au travail (2 comptes différents), les bibliothèques ne se chargent pas dans les logiciels, les fichiers en ligne sont présents mais aucune bibliothèque n'est accéssible.

I'm having the same issue. I had do to multiple computer restarts today to get my libriaries to connect - which is not convient or efficient. All of my apps that I use daily are working just fine (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Lightroom), it's just that my CC libriries aren't connecting. I work on a MAC desktop and laptop. A coworker of mine is also having this issue well, so it's definitely not isolated.

Their "find out more" page is super unhelpful as well...

I rebooted my Mac today and now my libraries are showing up in Dreamweaver. Maybe they were just down last night - hoping that is the case. I did not do any more trouble shooting, they are just working now.

Same thing happening to me and my design team. Are we thinking this is a larger CC bug? I can view everything online, but desktop app and other Adobe app connections aren't working.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, repair per https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails, uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging and then reinstall using*

if that fails, do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

I'm facing the same issue lately (like a week or so). MY CC Libraries are gone after reboot (I need to shut my machine down every day). Each time I turn it on I must first use Adobe Cleaner tool and reinstall Libraries and then they appear again. Till the next reboot

MacOS Ventura 13.3 (22E252).

CCApp 5.10.0.537,

Libraries 1.0.7.3

@mnimi mi

you have something (eg, av, antimalware, cleaner etc) on your computer corrupting your cc files.
