I followed all the steps Adobe have me but all my Adobe apps are still having the same problem.

One of the solution is enter your port number into your browser then I got the "Upgrade Required".

Windows 7 fail

Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 works well in same Network

I'd suggest trying the solutions described here and is the issue persists contact and work with our support directly.

You should be able to reach them from here

Be sure to sign in with the Adobe ID associated with your membership and you should see contact options on the bottom of the page.
