Libraries suddenly gone

I've saved dozens of stock images to libraries that have this morning disappeared. I am signed in to the correct account - this is not an issue of being accidentally signed in to another account. I have checked everything.

These folders of saved images took dozens of hours to source for work. How can they suddenly be gone? I RELY on Adobe and these libraries for work, and this is deeply concerning. Is there a solution?

Sadly, no. I have triple checked. There are libraries there containing some assets I've saved in the past, but assets I've saved over the last several months are totally gone.
