Libraries Sync Error.

First the error was "Libraries Sync Error. Sorry,  your libraries didn't sync". So I googled and search around adobe community to fix the issue. First fix was installing reinstalling. did not work. second relaunch. did not work. third option, I tried deleting CEP files. and then I even did the adobe creative cleaner and cleaned the library files. did not work. after deleting the library files, the error became "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries".

I want to contact support to check error logs generated from Log Collector Tool.
The log file name is "AdobeLogs_20250507_015118_489-mac-GS.zxp".
