libraries window doesn't load up properly, just shows blank window

Hi,

I'm using CC2014 on my iMac and MacBookPro with latest OS update 10.10.2.

Sometime It seems like all CC app does not sync properly. The libraries window can not be used, it just shows up a blank window. And sync button at bottom left corner is disabled too, as you can see in the image below. After restarting app a few times, it became normal.

Hi,

Yesterday I went through Adobe Connect with one of staff, and found temporary fix.

Just downloaded Extension Manager and removed Libraries extension form there, then the problem fixed.

But after I restarted computer, it seem Adobe Cloud reinstalled the extension back automatically (see attached image). So I have to manually remove extension every time I restart or shut down computer.

If you find out a permanent fix please let me know.

Hi,

I have a bad news, problem comes back in Photoshop even there's no extension installed (please see attachment).

Illustrator seems to be ok for now.
