library sync problem - <edit kglad>

When i drag and drop images in my Libraries I can access them on my computer but when I click browse shared libraries I get to Creative Cloud desktop and nothing is inside.  It is empty. Shouldn't my items be there? I have selected all libraries but Nothing is there.
