LIBS dcx folder on local disk hogging space

Hi All,
I found a folder at he following location that takes up nearly 14GB of space:
/Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Creative Cloud Libraries/LIBS/67603218485D5F10992015C3_AdobeID/public.adobecc.com

Don't tell me that it's the local copy of my files stored in Creative Cloud because I'm only using 4.7GB of my CC storage.

What is this data? Can I delete it?

14 GB is insignificant on my machine.  I have 1.5 TB available.

If storage is an issue, consider getting an external HD.

I already use an external drive to manage project data. This is for a laptop where I need to manage the storage usage on the boot drive, so I'm trying to understand what Adobe apps are filling the library folder with, since that folder has to be on the boot drive.

it's probably related to your cc file sharing.

i don't know the answer to your question, but before deleting any unknown file(s), rename them to something easy to restore in case there's a problem after renaming.  if there's no problem after renaming (and a few computer restarts and app useages), then you can safely delete.
