Licensing Issue with Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign
Hello to all:
I've been using Adobe InDesign 2020 with no trouble for years and have a subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud. The other day, I get a pop-up error message that says "Sorry, this product doesn't seem to be licensed" (SEE BELOW) this is now happening with Acrobat as well. My IT department is having trouble resolving this - we've already tried re-intalling the software and re-booting, to no avail. The file actually comes up, but then closes automatically after the message.
Any ideas?? Should I contact Adobe and ask for the License Key?? Something else??
Please advise ASAP. Thanks for your time and consideration of this matter.
