Lightroom cc won't connect to internet

There is actually no Lightroom CC anymore.

Adobe has (again) renamed them Lightroom (Cloud based) and Lightroom Classic (desktop-based with catalog). Which version are you running? I'm guessing Lightroom (Cloud).
