Limitation of free membership of SPARK

Hi, I am using a subscripted version of Adobe SPARK account, I got the information from Adobe.com that is all purchased function will be disabled when cancel the subscription and to be changed to free membership account afterward. After this change, I could also access my projects and have a limited features for new project creation, right? I would like to know that if I subscripted SPARK again, all features and projects created are to be resumed normal or not?
