Live count calculation for the content when typing in Textfield

Hi,

 

I am having 2 Text field, one is to type the content and another (text2) is to display the count in live of text field (text1) i.e., the count in text field 'text2' should be changed at a time when we type or erase. Could anyone pleas help me to resolve this.

    I have a 2 text fields, need to count the characters or words while typing in text field1 using adobe script, that count should be displayed in text field2.

     

    is this possible using the script? That is my question.
