Dear Sir/Madam,I
bought Adobe Design Stands CS6 from you in 2014 (see attachment for invoice). As far as I know, there were 3 licenses available at the time. Unfortunately, my old PC, on which the program was installed until a few days ago, broke. I installed the program on my new PC, but now it shows me that the serial number is already in use on 2 PCs. Consequently, my old PC is still registered with you. Can you please unlock the license for me again? Thank you very much and best regards Marion Minkus

Nobody here or at Adobe Customer Support can help you deactivate your old devices.

If you no longer have access to the devices on which CS6 was installed, you’re out of luck. Besides CS6 is outdated software from 2012. It should have been replaced years ago.

Is there a way to unlock the program with the purchased key? I wasn't aware that I have to unsubscribe from the program in order to reinstall it on a new PC. None of my other software works that way.

I think, the problem is, that I could not deinstall the programm at the old PC. I thought, it is enough to have the key, so you will see, that the former installation works any more and you can activate the license again for one pc
