Lock Original Library Files

Hi,

Is there a way to lock original CC Library files?

If I were to make a library file and share it with some co-workers so they could have it but not allow them to delete or edit the main/original file. This would allow them to take the file and change it how ever they want but keep MY file untouched.

Any other thoughts  or work arounds would be helpful.
