Logged in with my paid account but still unable to access and edit my live Portfolio site

Help! I have a Portfolio website that I was able to edit just fine until last week, when my school had to renew their Adobe Creative Cloud license. They did so, and I can log into Creative Cloud and use my CC apps as before, no problem. And my Portfolio website is still live--but I can no longer access it, or my Behance page, in order to edit it! I've logged in and out of CC many times, no luck.

How can I get access once again to my existing Portfolio website??

Thank you for any help you can offer (I am kind of frantic about this right now).

contact your plan administrator to see if you still have portfolio and behance access.

Than you! I am currently talking to someone in that dept,, and they say I should atill have access. And when I open Creative Cloud, the Portfolio and Behance buttons are still there. But when I click on them, my current site does not appear.

Maybe my plan administraor is mistaken. If so, do you know if its possible for Adobe to transfer my current , live site to a personal license without all my content disappearing?

i don't think they can.

also, because you have a school administered license your admin would have to contact adobe support.

your adobe id (= email) did not change, correct.
