Logging into creative cloud, 2 hours on a chat 1 hour on the phone

I kept getting an error code logging into any program.

I started a chat at 9 am EST, it is now 10:47 am est. Crickets.

It was supposed to be 8 minutes. I also called support, where I have been on hold for an hour. I have been a long time Adobe customer, since Photoshop 1.0. I am losing faith that they are as customer-focused as they have been. Still on hold. Does anyone know where I can get this crappy hold music?
