Question

Login every day

HI,

Every day, when I connect to one of the ACC programs such as Lightroom Classic or Photoshop, I have to enter my username and password. Before that only happened once in a while now it is always. How do I keep from having to do this all the time?
Thank you

your cached login credentials are in your oobe folder.  something on your computer (eg, av, antimalware, cleaner etc) is interfering with those files.

Mac OS:

\User\<user name>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder.

Windows:

\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder.

this folder is hidden by default.  google your os and how to unhide if you can't find that folder.

Thank you.

But when I find this directory, what do I do next?

you'll need to determine what's accessing and changing files in that directory.  or just direct your av etc to leave those files alone.

i don't know any easy way to do the former.  i recommend googling it and seeing what you can find.
