Loss of access to University account cloud

Hi, I think I still have some files on my cloud on my business account that I got through University. They have canceled the subscription on that account since I have finished studying there, is there any way of accessing these files now? Best, Erik

Probably not without permission from the school as they own the content you created with their software plan. 

 

Personal and school/employer files should always be maintained on separate accounts to avoid any conflicts.

 

If you have a personal paid Creative Cloud plan & permission from the school, Portfolio could theoretically move old Portfolio content to your personal ID.

Contact the school and see if there is a way to access those files.
