Lost access to Behance Account and Projects after Subscribing to Adobe Business Account

Hi there! Need help.

I lost access to edit my projects on Behance after a colleague canceled their subscription. My current account is linked to my personal email, which I used to create my Behance profile years ago, long before the subscription. Now, I've noticed a new Behance account has been created using my personal email, and I can't switch back to my old account with all my projects. How can I restore access to manage my original account and existing projects on Behance?
