Lost Access to Old Behance Profile After Adobe Account Migration

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out because I lost access to my original Behance profile after my school migrated our Adobe accounts to enterprise IDs.

My Behance portfolio (which I used as my main professional showcase) was linked to the email <removed-kglad> After the migration, logging in with that same email created a new empty profile instead of giving me access to the original one.

I’ve tried logging in with both “personal” and “enterprise” account types, but I always land on the new, empty profile. I’m afraid my previous projects and followers are now inaccessible.

Is there any way to recover access to the old profile or migrate its content to the new one?
