Lost all my cloud files

Hi everyone, I am posting here since Adobe support is the worst I’ve ever seen. They actually end the conversation for no reason after being transferred 15 times…

 

I have another account and the subscription got cancelled. I got another subscription with that same account but all my files that were in the cloud (XD files) got erased. Is there any way I can get my files back? Some people on the chat support said that I need to go to the admin console… but the account is individual and I don't have any access to that.

you can't access the files from a different account.

I do not want to access those files with a different account. I have had a subscription since 2018 with this specific account and it stopped for a week and I resubscribed with that same account and now I cannot see the files.

You can continue to access your Creative Cloud files on your computer and the Creative Cloud website, subject to a 2-GB cloud storage limit. If you’re over the 2-GB cloud storage limit when you cancel, you have 30 days to move files out of cloud storage.
