Macbook 14" M2 Pro can't install adobe apps

I bought MacBook Pro 14" 2023 but i can't install the apps like photoshop and illustrator on my MacBook. On creative cloud apps doesn't show but on Windows i can install the apps. Is there any solution that i can follow to solve the problem.

what did you do wrong?

i had 2 account in one id i supposed to open with the other one but i always open with the second one. so i remembered what i suppose to do.
