MacBook Air compatibility

Hello,

I just purchased a MacBook Air with 8GB of RAM. I was trying to access my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. I have the latest version of Google Chrome, but when I try to launch Creative Cloud, the system keeps saying I need to install the latest version of Chrome. Any idea as to what is causing the compatibility problem?
