Maestro card not valid
Hello,
I want to renew my Creative Cloud subscription, but somehow I can only do this if I pay with a credit card and not just through a bank. There was an icon of a Maestro card next to it so I assumed it would be valid.
So I applied for a credit card and it arrived after two weeks. I tried to pay, after the card is activated and it has 200 euros on it, and then I get the message 'This card is not supported'. It's an Openbank Maestro card and it says 'Debit' in small at the top. It also says R42 at the top left.
Does anyone have any idea why it is not valid and if I can pay in another way? I don't have time to apply for a new credit card, because I'll be needing Creative Cloud's programs in a week.
Please can someone help me?
