Magento Login & Experience League Issues

Hello,
I have been trying to sign into the Adobe Commerce/Magento portal for some time now, logging in tells me "First name is invalid". I have tried to create a support ticket from the Experience League website but both the "Open ticket" and "My cases" buttons are broken and do nothing. I desperately need to get access to the administrator side of Magento to upgrade my website, any help would be greatly appreciated.
