make photoshop support arabic as a language for it's ui

for an arabic person especially for how popular the language is to not have it as display language is a problem and considering the fact we (arabs) pay for a subscription why hasn't it been added yet?

Marhaba Abeer. 

We used to have a few Adobe applications with an Arabic interface in the past until Creative Suite 6. Adobe then decided not to allow a localized Arabic interface.

As a support person in the region, I know most professional users, students and educators prefer to have the English interface. This feedback was provided to Adobe in 2012 and made Adobe take such a decision.
