"make public" when sharing pdf via email issue.

About sharing a pdf via email... when clicking the "make public", you say that anyone with the url can see it. Do you mean, ONLY the person that I'm emailing to? Or is it literally visible to any and everyone? And if so, how can it be removed from public view?

It's public to any one that have the url, the same way to transform it to public you can make it private.
