Managing adobe plans - will my existing adobe cc account be impacted if I take advantage of promo offer?

Currently I'm on two plans - 1) adobe creative cloud pro ($79.99) and 2) adobe stock - 25 credits ($49.99) a month. I don't need images frequently and want to cancel. When I tried, adobe offered a promo for $29.99 for an adobe cc. That's obviously a create deal but it's being offered through a different "plan". What happens if I take advantage of this offer? Does my other plan automatically join with this one or will I end up with 2 adobe cc pro plans?

if the plans are exactly the same, your current plan will remain but its expiration date will be extended. otherwise you’ll have two plans possibly with overlap.

Thank you - the service is the exact same - adobe creative cloud pro. Sounds like its safe for me to switch to the better offer.
