Many monitors setup on a Macbook pro

With my macbookpro I work in many monitors setup conditions: at home, at office, around.

At home I've a 27" on the right, at office on the left, around no monitor connected.

Any time I change place my adobe applications don't detect the different setup (mac os does) and arrange windows and tools in a crasy way and I have to reset the all setup.

Any way this can be solved?
