Media Encoder reinstalls itself over and over again.

Older version of Media Encoder keeps reinstalling itself and then acts as a default choice for media encoding, although I have a newest version installed always. It happens after every reboot. What is going on with this? Can anyone help me to solve this problem. I am tired of starting each working day with uninstalling ME.

(Windows 10 PRO. Everything's updated to last versions.
All new and hardware is top notch)
